VitalProxima is provided by Alinea Healthcare Private Limited for authorised internal workforce attendance and operations use. Access is limited to employees, administrators, HR users, operations users, and other authorised personnel.
Authorised use
Users may access VitalProxima only for work-related attendance, shift, location, leave / absence, and workforce operations purposes.
Account responsibility
Users must not share login credentials, allow another person to mark attendance on their behalf, or attempt to bypass location validation controls.
Attendance accuracy
Employees are responsible for marking attendance honestly and promptly. Incorrect, missed, or disputed entries should be raised through the defined HR / Operations correction process.
Administrative access
Administrative users must use access rights only for authorised operational, HR, support, and audit purposes. Administrative changes should remain traceable through platform logs.
Misuse
Misuse includes false attendance marking, proxy attendance, unauthorised access, record tampering, and attempts to defeat geo-fencing. Such actions may be reviewed under applicable Alinea Healthcare policies.
System availability
VitalProxima is an operational internal system. Temporary downtime, network issues, GPS limitations, or device problems may occur. Users should follow approved fallback attendance processes when needed.
No public access or resale
VitalProxima is not a public SaaS service or third-party product offering. It is intended for internal Alinea Healthcare workforce operations unless formally approved otherwise.
Support and interpretation
Questions on these terms should be raised through designated HR / Operations governance channels and internal support processes defined by Alinea Healthcare.
