Terms of use
VitalProxima is a workforce attendance management platform offered by Alinea Healthcare Private Limited. Access to the platform is provided through employer-sponsored deployments. By using the VitalProxima web or mobile applications you agree to comply with these terms and with all applicable laws.
The information provided within VitalProxima is for operational and administrative purposes. Attendance records and reports should not replace formal HR consultations or legal advice when making employment decisions.
Programme eligibility
VitalProxima is available to employees, HR managers, and administrators registered by participating organisations. Access is controlled via account credentials issued by the organisation's super-admin. Sharing or transferring credentials to unauthorised individuals is prohibited.
Alinea Healthcare reserves the right to suspend access in the event of suspected misuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of employer policies.
Data governance
We collect personal and operational information only to deliver the platform's attendance, shift management, and analytics services. Data is processed in accordance with the VitalProxima Privacy Policy and India's applicable data protection regulations.
Users can request access, correction, or deletion of their data by writing to privacy@alineahealthcare.in. Certain records may need to be retained to comply with legal or contractual obligations.
Intellectual property
All VitalProxima content, dashboards, branding, and software are the intellectual property of Alinea Healthcare Private Limited. No part may be reproduced without prior written permission.
Third-party logos or resources referenced within the platform remain the property of their respective owners and are used under licence or fair usage guidelines.
