Mobile App Instructions

Employees use the mobile app only in this launch release. Employee web login is not enabled at launch.

  • Use your issued employee credentials in the mobile app.
  • Mark check-in and check-out from authorised client locations only.
  • Raise missed punch or location mismatch issues through HR / Operations support.

HR / Operations Support

Use your designated internal HR or operations support channel for attendance corrections, shift allocation questions, leave / absence clarification, and policy workflow issues.

IT Support

Use the internal IT support process for login failures, mobile app technical issues, location service errors, and system access concerns.

Escalation Process

  1. Raise the issue through your assigned HR / Operations or IT support channel.
  2. Share employee ID, location, shift context, and relevant attendance timestamps.
  3. Follow your location escalation matrix for unresolved or urgent issues.
