Operational usage context
Attendance data should support deployment planning, exception handling, leave and absence reconciliation, and administrative reporting. It should not be treated as the sole basis for sensitive employment decisions without HR and managerial review.
Location and device limitations
Geo-validation depends on GPS quality, device state, and network conditions. Delays, weak signals, or device restrictions may affect attendance events. Exceptions should be reviewed through approved correction workflows.
Exception and correction governance
Missed punches, late check-ins, location mismatches, and disputed entries should be reviewed by authorised HR / Operations users through the defined governance process before final attendance outcomes are confirmed.
System availability and fallback process
In the event of temporary system, network, or device limitations, employees and administrators should follow approved fallback attendance procedures communicated by Alinea Healthcare.
